Fact sheet writers retain copyright over the work they submit to la CJAM. Upon submission, they grant CJAM an exclusive license to publish the submitted work in any medium, and to publish it without public attribution. This license gives CJAM the right to modify the author's submission as it sees fit, and places CJAM under no obligation to publish fact sheets or to keep them published for the duration of the license.
This license is terminated when, upon request of the author, the fact sheet is removed from the CJAM website. If the fact sheet is unpublished, the license will be terminated upon author's request.
By submitting a fact sheet to CJAM, authors guarantee that the work submitted is wholly their own and accept full responsibility for the submission of unauthorized reproductions and/or plagiarized works.
Privacy
Personal information received by email and notes taken by our volunteers during info nights will stay confidential.
Note that CJAM activities do not constitute privileged communication protected by professional secret.
